7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States and internationally to the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

Orders generally require 5-8 business days for processing. Estimated delivery after processing is approximately 6 business days, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Shipping options include:

Tracking is provided for shipped orders. Insured Shipping includes protection for qualifying packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

Carrier disruptions, customs, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may delay delivery.

8. Shipping Addresses

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. You may request an address correction within 3 days of placing your order by emailing zanniat22@gmail.com.

We will try to make the requested correction, but changes cannot be guaranteed if an order has already been processed or shipped. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

9. Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be made within 60 days of delivery. Products must generally be unused, unopened, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Opened or used beauty, health, wellness, and personal-care products may not be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You must contact zanniat22@gmail.com and receive return instructions before sending an item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are generally nonrefundable. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

If you purchased Insured Shipping and your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact zanniat22@gmail.com with your order number. For damaged products, include clear photographs of the product and packaging.

For Economy Shipping orders, we will help review delivery issues, but a refund or replacement for loss or transit damage is not guaranteed.

11. Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has started or an order has shipped.

If cancellation is no longer possible, the order may need to be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes
